For Ford 501-701 and 2000 with a 144 diesel engine, 801-901, 1801 and 4000 with a 172 Gas or diesel engine and 3600, 4000 and 4600 Orchard and Narrow with a 3 cylinder diesel engine. Replaces 310079.
